A skilled surveyor and highly regarded manager, Tim joined SEP Rail Services as a Lead Surveyor at the firm’s inception, rising through the ranks to become Operations Manager and then, more recently, Survey Manager.
A natural manager and a born leader, Tim reports directly into our Head of Survey, Dominic Keegans, taking responsibility for the planning and delivery of the firm’s survey works, working alongside our project management, planning, and health and safety teams to ensure that all works are delivered in line with our clients’ expectations.
A ten year veteran of the UK’s rail industry and no stranger to life in the field, during particularly challenging periods or when a specific project demands it, he’s the first to don his oranges and get stuck in, leading and working alongside our 24-strong team of rail surveyors out on track.
