Junior Monitoring Engineer / Surveyor responsibilities

  • Ability to learn & undertake various types monitoring sessions using a variety of specialised equipment and technology.
  • assisting with data collection and data processing elements of all projects in the teams’ portfolio and to meet the required Company standards including health and safety.
  • assisting with undertaking monitoring programmes on various sites UK wide which will include total station and levelling operations, setting up, and maintaining both monitoring and engineering surveys.
  • Pro-actively take responsibility to learn survey theory and practice, new techniques, and about new instruments in order to embark on a career as a professional surveyor.
  • Any other duties as required by the business.

Junior Monitoring Engineer / Surveyor requirements

  • 1-year previous Surveying, Engineering or Monitoring experience.
  • Relevant Qualifications and/or relevant experience
  • Experience of working to high safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • An ambition to learn and develop.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients.
  • The right to work in the UK
