A time-served surveyor with more than 20 years’ rail experience, Mark is responsible for identifying training needs and creating training plans tailored to each individual, ensuring that these are implemented in order to enhance our team’s skills and performance.
Starting his surveying journey in 2000, he spent the majority of his career with Hampshire-based practice, Siteline Geomatics, rising to the position of Technical Development Engineer before joining SEP as Lead Surveyor in July 2020. Following a promotion to Senior Lead Surveyor less than 2 years later, he was further promoted to the role of Training Manager, not only to support the company’s continued growth, but primarily in recognition of his skill and experience, not to mention the immense contribution he’d played in the development of his colleagues.
