Managing all aspects of our monitoring projects, from tendering and site oversight to data processing and client engagement, Karl joined SEP Rail Services in 2022 having spent the previous 16 years supporting some of the UK’s most prominent construction, engineering, and monitoring organisations.
Taking his first steps in surveying in 2007 for multinational construction firm, Skanska, he spent the first 4 years of his career supporting the delivery of London’s 2012 Olympic site, following by a further 5 and a half years on the city’s landmark Crossrail scheme. Following a brief contract with Sisk, he stepped up to the position of Survey Project Manager for the likes of monitoring specialists, DYWIDAG, as well as a number of smaller survey firms.
Extremely dedicated and taking a meticulous approach to his work, since arriving at SEP, Karl has proven to be a huge asset to both clients and colleagues alike with his calm demeanour playing a pivotal role in achieving exceptional project delivery, especially in challenging or emergency monitoring situations.
