Only 16.3% of the Workforce in the UK Rail Industry are Women.

(A shocking statistic, we agree!)

From speaking to our own team, we’ve learned that seeing women in diverse roles across the rail industry shows those interested that it is a place for them.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗘𝗣 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 to count some of the industry’s best and brightest among our ranks.
