As SEP Rail Group unveils a new warehouse and office facility in Sevenoaks, Kent, Rikki Morrow, Managing Director of SEP Rail Services, explains how this expansion will significantly enhance operational efficiency and support throughout the South of England.
With five locations already cementing its presence in the North, the group has expanded over 250 miles south of its most southern depot. Rikki stated, “We’re known for our ability to react fast. Having to travel hundreds of miles to respond to an emergency was adding time that our clients couldn’t afford.” He continued, “Sevenoaks provides the ideal location to service clients across the South of England.”
The new 6,000-square-foot facility houses equipment used by all six companies within the group. This includes advanced monitoring devices and surveying equipment. The office space accommodates up to 20 staff members. This ensures the group’s southern operations receive the same support as its established Northern presence.
Rikki commented, “Members of our core team are relocating to support this move. To ensure that clients receive the same level of service, we’re establishing a permanent team to lead our southern operations.” Experienced team members on-site will uphold the company’s reputation for reliability and proactive support. This will provide clients in the South with the expertise and responsiveness they expect.
As SEP Rail Group continues to grow, its focus remains on maintaining the quality and reliability that have been its hallmark. The new Sevenoaks office is a crucial step in its journey. It sets the foundation for the next five years of development throughout CP7.
